After being open for over 11 years, Harold’s Plants of New Orleans grew to the top of the garden and nursery centers in the NOLA area. Business was good, but times were changing, and they needed to establish a brand presence online. People knew the store’s name from referrals, but when they went to search for “Harold’s Plants in New Orleans”, they came up with nothing. They didn’t even have a decent logo. This cannot happen in our digital age.
