Cotton Blues opened to the public on July 18, 2012 with the simple idea of offering the Hattiesburg region high quality and healthful dining centered on traditional Mississippi cuisine melded with the creole fare of Coastal Mississippi and South Louisiana.

In a market dominated by chain restaurants offering cookie-cutter meals, Cotton Blues’ meals are scratch-made and incorporate locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Creative seasonal desserts and “the world’s best” New York Style cheesecakes and lemon icebox pies are hand-crafted and baked in Cotton Blues’ pastry department daily.
